My love for art started as a child and I have been obsessively honing, my skills ever since.  I am a professional self taught artist specializing in hand drawn pencil and charcoal drawings with a cerrtificate in Graphic Art.  My artwork is held in private collections throughout the Midwest and Southeast.

The process of transforming an empty piece of paper into a captivating expression has always struck me as fascinating.  For me, this process is not just about rendering a likeness, but about the amazement of transforming nothing into something.  My original pieces flow from heart to mind to hand to canvass.  Most of my work has been created for specific special people.  They are unique in nature and not easily duplicated.

My love fo art fills me with a sense of completion and contentment and has proven a most natural vehicle for translating my inner visions to reality.  It is very fulfilling to know that my art can become a valued addition in someone's life and personal belongings.  As an artist, the greatest satisfaction is obeserving someone respond to my work with awe and become speechless.
